How to place an order
Making a purchase on the Puréality website is easy and secure!
- Select a product to purchase and click “Add to Cart” on the product detail page.
- You can then continue shopping or go straight to checkout.
- Once you have completed your purchases, click on "My Cart" at the top right of the page and follow the instructions for payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email including your order number.

How to use a promotional code?
- Place all items in your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
- Enter the discount code in the box provided and click "Apply".
- The code will be automatically applied and the total amount updated.
Note: Only one discount code can be used per order.
My promotional code doesn't work, what should I do?
We invite you to:
- Check the validity of the code, its spelling and if it is not associated with another promotion.
- If the problem persists, contact our customer service at contact@pureality-paris.com .
How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
- You will receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes of placing your order.
- If you don't receive anything, check your junk or spam folders.
- If no email is available, please contact contact@pureality-paris.com for more information.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Quickly contact our customer service on 01 23 45 67 89 or at contact@pureality-paris.com, specifying your order number.
Can I order by phone?
No, orders cannot be placed over the phone. They can only be placed on our website www.pureality-paris.com .
However, if you are unable to place the order, please call our customer service on 01 79 73 66 68. A member of our team will be able to help you.

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
- If the package is opened and/or damaged, you can refuse it, it will be returned automatically.
Then contact Consumer Services to make a complaint. - If you have accepted the package, send an email to contact@pureality-paris.com with a photo of the damaged package.
I didn't receive the right product, what can I do?
Send an email to contact@pureality-paris.com with:
- A photo of the package and the product received by mistake.
- Your order number.

Products ordered on the pureality-paris.com website are only shipped to France (including Corsica and Monaco) and Belgium via Relay Points (to be chosen after payment).

How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (average preparation time of 24 hours), the latter will send you your tracking number by email, which can be used on the laposte.fr website, so that you can track your order.

You have 14 days from the day you receive the package containing the products ordered to exercise your right of withdrawal.

What payment methods are accepted?
It is possible to pay for your purchases by credit card via Stripe.
We currently accept the following cards: CB, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay.

Can I pay for my order with gift vouchers?
No, unfortunately we do not accept gift vouchers to pay for your order.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

I have a reaction to a Puréality product, what can I do?
Despite all the care taken in manufacturing our products and the numerous tests carried out before placing them on the market, if you observe the slightest reaction, we advise you to stop using the product and contact your doctor if necessary.

What is clean beauty?
At Puréality, the new generation of Clean Beauty is based on green biotechnology. It allows us to go further in the fusion of nature and science, for enhanced effectiveness, respectful of the skin and the planet.
- ALL our formulas are governed by a very committed formulation charter: we exclude 2,700 controversial components. Even more committed than the European Regulation which excludes 1,300.
- Our formulas have at least 95% Ingredients of Natural Origin and optimal traceability.
- Our packaging is 100% recyclable and eco-designed. Our suppliers come from France or Italy.
- Our treatments are Made in France.
- We have created a caring, positive and committed brand.

What is green biotechnology?
Green biotechnology (or greenbiotech) in cosmetics corresponds to scientific techniques that allow the clean extraction (without damaging the plant) of the most precious metabolites from whole plant cells and to obtain enhanced phytoactive extracts with improved performance.
For us, this is the future of clean beauty. That's why we at Puréality talk about the new generation of clean beauty. Because we are going even further in our mission to develop skincare that is good for the skin, the mind and the planet.
Are your treatments natural and safe?
Our formulas have at least 95% Ingredients of Natural Origin and comply with a very strict formulation charter, even more demanding than European Regulations.
Formulated in France by cosmetology experts, our treatments are controlled by an independent laboratory known for its seriousness, rigor and intransigence in the face of regulations.
Where are your treatments made?
All our treatments are designed, manufactured and packaged in France by factories that comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). They are located in Ile-de-France and Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.
Are your treatments vegan?
Yes, our treatments are vegan. We prohibit all animal materials from our formulations.
Are your treatments tested on animals?
In accordance with European Union Regulations and our values, our products are not tested on animals.
Is your packaging recyclable?
100% recyclable and eco-designed to minimize our impact on the Planet.
Min. 95% ingredients of natural origin. What are the remaining 5%?
The remaining percentage corresponds to ingredients that have no equivalent of natural origin to guarantee the safety, quality and effectiveness of our treatments.
Is there fragrance in your skincare?
There is no fragrance in our treatments and this is also specified on the packaging with the words "NO ADDED FRAGRANCE".
If some of our products have a unique scent, it comes from natural active ingredients.
Note that there is a difference between fragrance-free and odorless products.
Are there any parabens, phenoxyethanol or other controversial components in your formulas?
Puréality's vision is based on care that is good for the skin, the mind and the planet.
For this reason, we have designed all of our treatments according to an extremely demanding Clean Beauty Charter and we exclude 2,700 controversial components. Even more committed than the European Regulation which excludes 1,300.
There are therefore no parabens, phenoxyethanol or other components of controversial origin.
Why do live duets have colorings?
At Puréality, we also believe that cosmetics are a source of pleasure, with a touch of fun by mixing colors! We have made the conscious choice to use synthetic dyes (in very small quantities) and not dyes of natural origin because the latter can sometimes come from minerals and their safety is therefore more difficult to control. Our synthetic dyes comply with very strict European Regulations and we have optimal and ethical traceability of their origin in accordance with our Clean Beauty Charter!
I am pregnant, can I use Puréality products?
Our treatments are accepted by pregnant women. If you have any doubts, we recommend that you consult your doctor who will be better able to advise you.
From what age can you use Puréality products?
As soon as the pre-adolescence period begins, helping your child with daily cleaning, moisturizing and toning of their skin is a good idea.
When and how to integrate an Essence into your skincare routine?
An Essence is used on clean, clear skin (after cleansing or double cleansing the skin). It prepares your skin to receive care and boosts your routine for greater effectiveness. All our Essences are used morning and evening and do not need to be rinsed.
We recommend using it before your serum or cream if you are not using a serum.
