Shipping Times

Orders placed before 7:00 AM (business days) and shipped via Colissimo, DHL, or Shop2Shop will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 AM will be shipped on the following business day.
Orders shipped with Chronopost, placed before 12:00 PM (business days), will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day.

Countries for Delivery
Orders placed on the pureality.com website are delivered only to mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco), as well as the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden, Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Spain, Portugal, and Romania. Deliveries to Andorra and the French overseas territories are not available.

Shipping is free for orders over 45€

  • Home delivery via Colissimo without signature:
    Delivered in 2 business days.
    Shipping fee: 7.50€

  • Delivery to Shop2Shop Pickup Point (via Chronopost):
    Delivered in 2 to 4 business days.
    Shipping fee: 4.90€

  • Express Delivery J+1 with Chronopost:
    Delivered in 1 business day.
    Shipping fee: 10.90€

For the United Kingdom

  • Home delivery via DHL:
    Shipping fee: 15.90€

For Europe

  • Home delivery with signature (via Colissimo):

    • Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg: 9.90€
    • Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden: 13.90€
    • Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Romania: 17.90€
  • Delivery to Shop2Shop Pickup Point (via Chronopost):
    Available only for Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
    Shipping fee: 7.90€

Tracking Your Delivery
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the websites laposte.fr or chronoshop2shop.fr.


Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or incorrect products. In such cases, MIROIR SAS (Pureality) will cover the return costs.
