- Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Depending on the situation, two cases may apply:
-
Incorrect delivery address: If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, the package will be returned to our logistics provider. They will inform the Puréality team, who will contact the customer (by email or phone) to obtain the correct delivery information. A new shipment will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
-
Dissatisfaction or product error: If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase or has ordered the wrong product, a return is possible at their expense. The customer must contact the Puréality team at contact@pureality.com to obtain a return slip, which will be generated by the team. The customer will then be responsible for the return costs.
Opened, deactivated, or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

Puréality cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. Puréality's liability for any direct damage is, in any case, limited to the amount of the customer's order.
